To email, print or download details

Use these options to output details of material of interest by sending an email, printing the details or downloading the details to a disk file.

To email, print or download details
1. Choose which records you wish to output.
To output all the material in the list click the Whole list radio button.
To output selected records
a. Click the tick box to the left of the records you wish to output.
b. Click the Selected records radio button.
Alternatively to output selected records
a. Enter the record numbers of the records you are interested in in the Record numbers field.
2. Choose which format you wish the records to be output in.
The formats available are brief, full or comma separated variable (CSV). (CSV is useful if you want to load the information into another software package.)
3. Choose where to send the output.
a. To send an email enter an email address in the email field click Send Email.
The system will use the email software on the pc you are using to send the message and then display a message confirming that it has been sent.
b. To print the material click Print.
The system will format the material and send it for printing using the software on the pc. It will then display a message confirming that the printing has been carried out.
c. To download the material to disk in comma separate variable (csv) format click Download to Disk.
The system will use the software on the pc to ask you to name the file and what directory it will get recorded in. It will then display a message confirming that the download has taken place.
